Lucy joined the practice as a farm animal assistant in 2005, after doing a farm animal Internship at Cambridge Vet School. She is particularly interested in herd health planning, monitoring and disease management, especially Johne’s disease. She recently gained the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons Certificate in Cattle Health and Production and is now studying for the Diploma in this subject. She is keen to use the knowledge she has gained to promote the Hale Healthy Herd Initiative for health planning and disease management.
