We always aim for a welcoming reception and hope it is a calm experience for both client and patient. A visit to the vet can be a very stressful time and we are there to help as much as possible. Two different areas of the waiting room can help to separate dogs and cats in order to reduce some of the stress – especially for cats. We also have treats on hand for dogs, magazines for clients, toys for kids and books of ‘thankyous’ for you to browse through!
