Prep area
The ‘prep’ (or preparation) area is the centre of activity for ‘behind-the-scenes’ veterinary work. This is the first point for any admissions, it is an area for blood sampling, examination of inpatients, induction of anaesthetics and for ‘preparing’ patients for the operating theatre.
