Melksham Surgery

 New addition to our Melksham Surgery - CAT ONLY CLINICS

We are proud to have started  cat only clinics at our Melksham branch. Many practices try to section the waiting room but the Feline Advisory Bureau recognise that cats can be stressed by barking dogs and support cat only clinics.

Our cat clinics run every Monday, Wednesday and Friday 11am-12.30pm and we have 2 excellent vets with a keen interest in feline medicine; Sheila Hibbert and Lucy Hayes.

Long established in Melksham we provide a high standard of care for all our patients. The Hale Vet Group is dedicated to the health and welfare of your pet. During our time in Melksham we have moved into bigger and better premises and with our recent refurbishment we provide all the facilites expected of a modern veterinary practice. Our surgery has an operating theatre with a separate prep area to ensure the most sterile environment for surgical procedures.  We also have an on-site laboratory and digital xray facilities to cover most diagnostic needs.  Our Melksham team includes a strong team of vets and  Sarah our nurse runs nurse clinics most afternoons.

In addition to all this our clients and their pets have access to our Veterinary Hospital in Chippenham. The top tier hospital status is not just a name. It is awarded after rigorous RCVS inspections and we are very proud to be able to maintain the standards required. In Chippenham we have the extra diagnostic facilites with endoscopy and ultrasound and perform more advanced surgical procedures that may involve your pet being hospitalised. This is where we can provide  our 24hr on-site nursing.
